Quality policy

Our strategic goal is to maintain plant status as a reliable supplier of powder metal products for auto assembly plants and other consumers. Our strategic values are consumers, organization personnel, suppliers, owners, production equipment and infrastructure available, design and technology documentation as well as information collected and employees' knowledge and experience. The main goal of KZPM LLC in the field of quality is to produce competitive products satisfying consumers' requirements and ensuring stable financial position of the plant. In order to achieve desired goals the plant has a quality management system implemented and functioning which conforms to the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001, ISO 9001 and consumers' requirements. Following tasks are performed during achievement of desired goals:


  • compliance with laws and other obligatory requirements;
  • use of process approach and risk oriented thinking for management system and production processes control; continuous interaction with consumers to analyse their requirements and evaluate their satisfaction by our products;
  • creation of efficient system for suppliers evaluation, selection and development based on principles of mutual benefit and continuous improvement; products quality planning and assurance based on APQP, РРАР SPC, FMEA and MSA methods application according to the requirements of IATF 16949 standard;
  • searching for technological solutions to improve production processes stability and capabilities;
  • systematic personnel training, creation of favourable conditions facilitating their involvement in continuous product quality improvement process;
  • observance of contractual obligations, exact terms of supply and mastering of new products, individual and attentive approach to all consumers' requests;
Products quality assurance

We appreciate our consumers and try to provide high-quality products for them. In order to achieve this goal the company uses advanced methods within quality management system. Product quality assurance process includes:


  • consumer orientation;
  • personnel involvement on all production and management levels;
  • unified concept for setting and pursuing objectives;
  • use of static process management methods;
  • striving to reveal weak areas and risks during new products design and development stage and eliminate them using effective problem solving methods.

Quality management system is certified for compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 international standard and GOST ISO 9001-2011.
